Thank you for a great experienced in the purchase of our new 109ft. Rosenbauer Aerial.

This letter is to inform you and the Jamison Road Fire Company of the experience that the Cowlesville Fire Company had with Fire Trucks Plus.

After ALF filed bankruptcy and could not build the truck we had ordered we were forced to look elsewhere in order to use our FEMA grant. After many long nights of searching we came across Fire Trucks Plus website. We found that they had a 2004 Freightliner Pumper Tanker that would meet and exceed our needs and within our price range. After talking to Paul Batista from Fire Trucks Plus and communicating thru emails, they flew two of us to California to look at the truck. The truck was everything that they had told us it was and then some. They made our trip very enjoyable with no pressure. We were allowed to look the truck over when we arrived with no one looking over our shoulder. When we arrived at their facilities the next day the truck was up on jacks for us to look at the underneath, once again by ourselves. Paul and Paul Jr. did stop by to see if we had any questions or comments at regular intervals. After looking over the truck they filled it with water and we took it for a test drive up the mountain. When we returned they went over the pumps and foam system and let us run it. We were very impressed with the truck and decided that this was truck for us.

Paul and his staff were a great help to us with dealing with FEMA. We had a lot to deal with and they were always there for us.

Our truck was delivered on schedule on a flatbed on May 19. They also took care of all the paperwork for the title.

We can not say enough about how well we have been treated and the great people they are to deal with. They truly do stand behind there motto of "Equipment you can count on and people you can trust."

We will definitely look at Fire Trucks Plus first for our next purchase.
